Our approach sometimes includes using existing documentation and conducting facilitated workshops to gain the information required for the development of the detailed requirements documentation.
We also develop detailed requirements and design artifacts required for development of the application and any additional artifacts required to successfully complete the Enterprise Architecture.
We work with developers to provide clarification on the documented requirements to ensure that the application developed meets the business needs and supports the business in the way that they work.
